I found something strange today when I was doing my grocery shopping. I found the Red Cabbage & Purple Carrots being sold at Coles. I am wondering how many people will actually buy them. Will the sauce turn into Purple colour while you are stir-frying them or boiling them???
Imagine you are making carrot soup, will you still drink it if carrot soup is in purple instead of golden yellow or orange colour???
Imagine you want to get a carrot cake, the colour of the cake is in Purple. Will you doubt if it is a carrot cake or an eggplant cake???
One Day!!! One Day!!! I will try them up. Don't know when it will happen, but I will try... no promises!!! LoL =)
